Data Security

St John's takes the security data it holds and processed very seriously. Please see the appropriate documents and policies under Data Security in the menu.

During the extended breaks of Christmas, Easter and Summer academy emails are not regularly accessed, and any post is retained at the sorting office. Should a Subject Access Request, or Freedom of Information request be made during these times, we are not able to deal with these within the usual time frames.  We will, of course, act on these when the Academy reopens.
